About Us

Kevin is an FAA-certified and licensed pilot. Having always wanted to fly balloons, Kevin earned his certification in 1994 and has been flying ever since. He grew up in Unionville, PA, attended and graduated from Penn State University, and now makes his home in beautiful Lemont, just outside of State College.

Kathryn’s interest in ballooning grew from Kevin’s love of the sport. She has been crewing since 1993, when Kevin started flight lessons. Kathryn grew up in Maryland, attended and earned a Master’s degree from Penn State University, and is employed at Mount Nittany Medical Center.
